When you place an order WE WILL CALL YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS TO CONFIRM UR RING SIZE AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR STONE , a special welcome kit will be sent your way the following Friday. Inside, you'll find a container for your cherished materials, a scooper, and a few tokens of gratitude. These items symbolize the beginning of a deeply personal process where we handle your memories with tenderness and reverence.

Your order will be swiftly placed with our dedicated ring maker, whose skilled hands will craft a piece that holds the essence of your story. While you wait, we kindly ask you to send back the container with your materials. Feel free to share a picture and a letter about your loved one, if you wish; we are here to listen and honor their memory.

Throughout this journey, we will keep you informed every step of the way. From confirming the safe arrival of your materials to updating you on the progress of your jewelry, we want you to feel connected and supported during this emotional time.
